Refit 3 procurement awarded

The Energy Investment Unit has appointed Bouygues Energies & Services, a Cambridge-based energy services company, to continue energy performance contracting work for the County Council and other local authority partners.  Bouygues were procured under a mini-competition under the Refit 3 Framework co-owned by the Greater London Authority and Local Partnerships. This continues a successful relationship started in 2014 which has seen over £20M of investment into our schools and public assets.

Future work includes coordinating with colleagues in Waste, Transport and Housing on either energy saving or energy generation projects.  These projects are supported by the Corporate Energy Strategy which was endorsed in the Spring of 2017.
